Where do you ship?

We ship exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.

What is the order processing time?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Your delivery estimate begins once processing is complete.

Is there a free shipping threshold?

Yes! We provide Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $250.

Delivery Support

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please check your spam folder or contact us at support@divineascendedcrystals.com if it's missing.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We aren't responsible for carrier delays or theft once marked delivered. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Address Accuracy

To help prevent delivery issues, please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error after placing your order, we may be able to update the address before the order ships. Once an order has been shipped, any further changes must be handled through the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

How do I initiate a return?

Email support@divineascendedcrystals.com with your order number and photos of the damage. Approved returns will receive a Return Authorization (RA).

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect your item.

We photograph and showcase our crystals in high-resolution detail so you can see their natural beauty clearly. Because of this close-up clarity, some pieces may appear larger on screen than in person. We always recommend joining TikTok LIVE so you may view your piece prior to purchase. As with all genuine, earth-formed crystals, natural inclusions, variations, surface textures, and minor imperfections are part of their authenticity. These organic characteristics are not flaws — they are proof of nature’s artistry and make each piece entirely one of a kind.
